The RCC is working with VAL (Voluntary Action Leicestershire) and CASE to deliver the BUILD project to individuals across rural areas of Leicestershire. The aim of the project is to help people boost their confidence and help them to develop their skills and experience through volunteering, employment, training and skills development.
