Changing Connections is delivered by the RCC and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Our mission is to support individuals in Melton Borough and Rutland by enhancing their mental and physical health by helping them to establish more robust community networks. We aim to connect people with local groups, services, and each other to build a resilient and supportive community around those that need it most.
How we can help
Community Events
We use our Coffee Connect Vans to pop up informal social spaces for people to meet, chat, and try new activities.
One to One Keywork
Sally and Ruth are available to work one to one with people that need that bit of extra help and support.
Community Groups
We help to develop and/or strengthen local networks and groups that offer social activities and peer support.
