Syston Community Centre
Thursdays - 12noon to 6:30pm (closed 3 to 3:30pm)
Our Syston Neighbourhood Mental Health Café runs every Thursday as a drop in for anyone to come and talk to us about their mental health – no appointment needed. We have supportive, trained staff who will listen and provide the information and support you need in times of crisis.

Who you will meet
Our friendly team of staff and volunteers are not medical professionals, however they have been mental health first aid trained and have the time to listen and support you. They all have great knowledge about mental health and wellbeing services around the area, and can help you to access these as needed.

What to expect
On arrival the first thing you will see is our Rural Coffee Connect van and friendly Barista who will offer you a free drink before coming inside. You’ll be warmly greeted at the door to the Community Centre and we’ll ensure that you are either taken into our quiet confidential area if you need some 1:2:1 support, or to our safe and relaxing café space which provides opportunities for conversation and other activities.
